Lake Maurepas Community Fund

Air Products is committed to being a good neighbor in Louisiana and in all areas where we operate. Our work through the Lake Maurepas Community Fund and the Louisiana Clean Energy Complex further deepens that commitment.

Air Products will commit $1 million
annually—via its charitable giving affiliate,
the Air Products Foundation—to communities bordering Lake Maurepas.

Funding began in 2023 and will continue through the overall operation of the Louisiana Clean Energy Complex,
which is currently anticipated
to be at least 25 years.

Non-profit organizations that support ecological, educational and recreational improvements for those who live, work and visit the Lake Maurepas area are eligible for grants.

Air Products’ Commitment to Louisiana

Our company’s more than 330 Louisiana-based employees perform many volunteer activities and make other contributions to organizations in the communities surrounding our 18 facilities in the state. In addition to promoting science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields, Air Products employees in Louisiana support volunteer organizations that improve the lives of people, including the United Way, the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank, and the IRIS Domestic Violence Center. Not only do we live and work here—we also volunteer here.
