The Air Products Foundation has donated $25,000 to From My Heart To Yours (FMHTY) in Laplace, Louisiana, to support its ongoing afterschool programs, including tutoring, homework assistance, meals and a STEM field trip to Turtle Cove Research Station in Lake Maurepas.
“From My Heart To Yours serves children in St. John the Baptist parish and we are thrilled to be able to support this work through funding educational STEM field trips, tutoring and homework assistance and meals,” said Danna Leblanc, Commercial Executive Director of Air Products’ Louisiana Clean Energy Complex. “Air Products is committed to serving the communities where our employees work and live and this organization has a track record of success with children’s programs.”
The funding will support the FMHTY After School program and the FMHTY Youth program and also will allow 40 children to visit the Turtle Cove Research Station or the zoo, depending on their ages.
